• If a client has asked to make changes to their booking or to cancel their booking, you need to flag the booking with the admin team. To flag a booking, please click the flag button on the booking screen and let the bookings team know what you would like to change / cancel by writing a message.
  • Please feel free to arrange any cancellations or changes to bookings by directly contacting the client. If the booking is cancelled we can restore your date to be available to book on BookEntertainment.
  • Please note that BookEntertainment's deposit is non-refundable.
