It's usually better to reply to your clients rather than disputing their reviews. Try and turn things into a positive... - Try not to be defensive - address any problems in a courteous and factual way
- Avoid personal insults and naming of individuals
- Don't include your contact details, invite users to contact you direct, offer discounts or special offers, make reference to your own website, or direct guests to your website for information about your site/park. Everything they need to know should be on your Bookentertainment.com listing!
- Avoid unnecessary CAPS, swear words, vulgar comments or sexually explicit language and keep an eye out for typos!
